Price List and FAQ

For your CNC appointment:

  • All material must be brought clean and free of debris, including mud, bark, silicone, plastics/tape, and metallic objects. We understand that some hazards may not appear on the surface of your material and while we do our best to scan ahead of operation, any failure to remove these items may result in extra charges.
  • If you do not have a design or cut file, we are able to offer that service for an additional fee. Using Vectric Aspire V11.5 software, we can provide detailed renderings of finished products. All designs and renderings will be watermarked.
  • Files that are accepted include CRV3D, CRV, DXF, DWG, EPS, AI, PDF, SKP
  • Sheet material drops must be picked up after cutting. We do not store any customer provided materials.
  • All logos or image files to be carved or cut are subject to a one time fee for vectoring, unless provided with a .SVG or .AI. You will receive the proper file types for any future use.
  • We do not work with any type of Steel or Aluminum block.
  • No person shall enter or remain within these premises while equipment is in operation

Maximize Your Material and Reduce Machine Time:

  • For wood slabs, rough cut your material to just over your final dimensions. This will take out any unnecessary bowing, twisting or cupping that occurs. Organic materials will always be prone to movement when exposing fresh surfaces during flattening or milling and therefore may be time sensitive.
  • All slab material will be probed with a non-invasive moisture meter to determine usability.
  • Any cutting tolerances should be discussed prior to CNC Operation.
  • After surfacing slab material should be properly stored.

Effective as of July 1, 2025 rates are as follows:

  • Image/Logo Vectoring $25 - One time charge per image or logo file
  • Custom products involving multiple designs or revisions will be charged $175, upon commission, Fee to be factored into final cost upon completion
  • CNC 2D/2.5D/Slab Surfacing - $85/HR with a 1 HR minimum charge.
  • CNC 3D carving - $115/ Sq. Ft 1 Sq/ft Minimum
  • Rotary 4th Axis CNC - $85/ HR with a 1 HR minimum charge

Material Cost & Procurement:

The labor costs mentioned above do not include any material expenses. Customers have the option to supply their own materials if desired. Upon project completion, any surplus material exceeding 1 square foot will be returned to customer. Because of the diverse range of material cutting solutions we provide we do not maintain specific material stock. If materials are purchased the customer will be responsible for covering all associated costs, such as delivery fees and taxes. After approval, any custom ordered size, colors or materials associated will be non refundable if changes to design are requested.
